QatarEnergy signed 30-year PSCs with Staatsolie for shallow-water Blocks 9 (20%, Petronas operator) and 10 (30%, Chevron operator) offshore Suriname, won in the June 2025 bid round; its Suriname portfolio rises to seven blocks.
